Shamika aka Meka Nicole is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Sex Educator, Life Coach, Author, and Motivational Speaker. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Jacksonville University, and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University.  Meka is the creative founder and CEO of In-to-Mate Counseling Services, LLC, with offices located in Georgia. She specializes in trauma, infertility, maternal mental health, intimacy, LGBTQI, and grief therapy. Meka has been in practice since 2012 providing counseling to a client list of well over 250 individuals. In-to-Mate Counseling’s goal is to provide dating, relationship, and intimacy counseling services to individuals, couples, and families to help them live a more fulfilled life.
